They were awesome. They saved me money and found a problem with my alignment that the dealer had missed. I got like 4 estimates for new tires and they beat them all by several hundred dollars. They had a promotion if you bought 3 tires you got the 4th for free. That’s a huge savings. They also have no interest 12 month financing.

The minute I walked i was spoken to, may I help you. They ask what I needed and explain what needed to be and explain how much it would cost and I appreciate that. They made me feel welcome and I will refer other people about them. They deserve an A+ for customer service.😍

I needed some tires for my 2023 Jeep Rubicon, called Big Brand Tire and was able to drop it off and get my tires the same day. Good customer service at this location and job well done. The price of the tires was very reasonable.

My son in law introduced me to this business a while back and I have been using them ever since. When you walk into their office you are greeted like they know you. All areas are clean and welcoming at first sight. I don’t think you will be disappointed when you visit. I stopped going to the dealership for service ❤️

They fixed the issue I was having faster than I expected. They were also patient in explaining what the problem was with my car and exactly what needed to be done to fix it. I’ve been using the mechanics at the Mabelvale location for about 10 years and even though they have new owners (was All About Tire and Brakes) I still got the same great service, and as long as that don’t change I won’t be going anywhere else.
